Process & Factory Automation

Control, monitoring and reporting with PLC, HMI and SCADA

We build control systems for production lines and process plants: PLC programming, operator panels (HMI) and central monitoring with SCADA. Besides new systems, we also improve, tidy up and document existing programs.

Panel Building

Main distribution, MCC, PLC and remote I/O panels

We design and build main distribution (MDB), motor control (MCC), PLC and remote I/O (RIO) panels. Every panel is function-tested in our workshop before shipping and is handed over with its labels, terminal list and drawings.

We carry out cable and instrument work on site from drawings to terminations. Every connection goes into the cable list and is labelled, so commissioning and later maintenance stay traceable.

Commissioning

From I/O checks to site acceptance, handed over running

We bring the system to life step by step through testing and hand it over with its records. Besides the systems we build, we also support commissioning on other contractors’ work.

Maintenance, Revision & Retrofit

Renewing ageing systems and breakdown response

We respond to breakdowns in running plants and renew ageing automation and panel infrastructure with the least possible impact on production. We prepare revisions around the shutdown schedule and have materials and software ready before the shutdown starts.

Product Technical Support

Drives, power supplies, safety and networking products

We support automation products on site from selection to commissioning: choosing the right product and accessories for the application, parameter settings, installation and wiring checks, and on-site or remote help when something fails. Product groups we support:

Field Installation & Technical Crew

Installation, cabling and crews for shutdowns

We provide project-based technical crews for installation, cabling and revision work. Crews are scheduled around planned shutdowns and work shifts and weekends when needed. We also work alongside an existing contractor as crew support only.
